The photos did come out really nice, and the lighting looked natural, which I appreciated. The shots were clean and didn’t feel overly staged. That said, I did have to mention a few times that I wanted certain angles, and I felt like I kept repeating myself a bit. Also, the wait to get everything back felt longer than I expected, and I found myself getting frustrated about that more than once. Overall, I’m happy with the final photos, but those little things were annoying.

I booked the photo package and thought it was a really fair deal for everything that came with it. Mike was easy to work with, the photos turned out great, and I never felt like I was being overcharged. I guess I could say the process wasn’t super fancy or anything, but that’s not a complaint — it was simple, smooth, and exactly what I needed.

I had to do a retake and it was way less hassle than I thought it would be, the emails made everything clear, I got the new photo sorted much faster than expected, and it was just nice not having to keep chasing anyone or wonder what was going on

The site was easy to get around, which I appreciated because I hate having to dig through a bunch of menus just to find what I need. Everything loaded fast, and I found the photo sections without getting annoyed or lost. It looked clean on my phone too. No real issues, thankfully, it didn’t make me put in a ton of effort just to use it.

MJ Thomas made the whole posing thing feel way easier than I expected. Not awkward or stiff. The expressions looked natural too, which I was a little nervous about. The photos still felt like me. Just a better version. Really happy with the results.

I was impressed with how the photos turned out. They were really clear, and the colors looked natural instead of overly edited like you see with a lot of other services. A couple of the shots came out a little darker than I expected, but overall they still looked great. Compared to most photo work I’ve gotten before, this felt like a solid step up. I’d definitely use them again.
